2. Scope
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit the public vEWG website. Membership, bookings and pilot accounts are provided through the separate vAMSYS platform.
3. Hosting and technical delivery
Technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested resource, browser and operating system may be processed to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Browser storage
Local and session storage remember acknowledgement of the cookie information and virtual-airline notice. They are not used for advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking.
5. vAMSYS live operations
The live map retrieves read-only operational data through a server-side connection. Public details may include callsign, route, aircraft, position and flight progress, but no pilot email address or account credential.
